It is part of a certification program initiated by the Alliance for Responsible Mining (ARM), an organization that works to promote fair trade and environmental sustainability in the mining industry. Mairi has had a licence to use fairmined gold since 2018.

The earrings measure approximately 12.5mm length x 5.5mm width x 4.5mm height.
